In return we expect that our patients will:

 

  • Keep appointments or should it be necessary to change an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to attend two appointments without any notice we may decide, with regret,  to remove you from our dental list

 

  • Inform us of any medical conditions or any changes in your health that may affect your dental treatment, as your health and comfort is our primary concern

 

  • Speak to the Dentist, Practice Manager, or an appropriate member of staff if any problem should arise as soon as possible, so that we may have the opportunity to resolve the matter quickly
