How do I book an appointment?

Simply telephone us on 01271 862556, or call in to see us.

What will happen on my first visit?

When you first see us, we will welcome you to our practice and work with you to complete a thorough medical history. You will also be given an extensive examination, including a screening for oral cancer. Following this, any treatment you may require will be discussed with you before it is carried out.

What should I do in an emergency?
We aim to ensure that all patients with genuine dental emergencies are seen within 24 hours of contacting us. It is best to call us as early as possible after your emergency has arisen so that we can try to see you on the same day.

Do you have facilities for disabled people?
There is purpose-built wheelchair access and toilets for the disabled. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we can make suitable arrangements.

What if I am not happy with the treatment I receive?
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your dental care, please contact the practice manager Julie Hayne on 01271 862556, who will be more than happy to discuss any issues or concerns you may have. If you would prefer, you can put your complaint in writing addressed to Julie Hayne.
